Summary
The pin at the top is missing and would have said “guest.” The red, white, and blue ribbon is still extant. Hanging from the ribbon is a medal. On the medal is a raised image of a World War I veteran soldier holding a torch inside of a wreath. There is also a "YD over an eagle with spread wings. It reads “Thank God I am an American.”
