At the bottom are figures noted for diameter opening and amount passing, 60% finer than __ mm., 10% effective size __mm., and uniformity coefficient. There are often notes and a signature of the analyst. Interspersed between the forms were hand made charts of a water test of sand for new filter, one letter from the city engineer to Mr. X.H. Goodnough, chief engineer, State Board of Health (1911 Jan. 3), and various small pages with calculations
