Summary
This volume is bound and includes a leather spine. The spine reads "Record". The first three pages are a cut up typed document establishing a commission to be called "Ward Two School Commission". The commission would be committed to the construction of a new school building in Ward 2. The ex-officio chairman would be Mayor Alexander Grant and Lewis P. Collins, Alfred A. Lamprey, James Flanagan, and Robert [H.]? Tewksbury would be on the commission. The document was dated Jan. 19, 1903 and was signed a true copy by Cornelius ___, City Clerk. What follows are hand written and typed minutes starting on Feb. 3, 1903 and ending Sept. 4, 1905
