Panorama photograph (44 x 18 cm.), printed in sepia tones with a fold down the middle. On the back it is stamped with the name Geo. E. Leck, a well known Lawrence photographer. It appears to have been taken from the top of the water tower on Tower Hill in Lawrence looking toward the city to the east. One can see the reservoir and a great expanse of the city from the Arlington Mills to the left (north) and the Pacific and Ayer Mills on the right (south)
