The scrapbook measures 30x23x3 cm and is bound in blue. The spine has a taped message reading: "Mom's scrapbook/Journal of JRG school days." The scrapbook was created by Josephine Geraci to document one of her two sons, Joseph Graci. The first page displays Joseph's first Holy Communion, May 5, 1945, at Holy Rosary Church in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Included in following pages: pictures of both children (the other son was named Philip), wards, a mother's day card, confirmation, May procession (1947, 1950), family outings, Holy Rosary 4th grade class (1947), newspaper clippings, piano recitals, a report card, 5th grade class graduation picture (1949), graduation program June 10, 1951, photo of graduating class, Class of 1951 photo book, Sodality song festival ticket and program, documentation of Joseph entering the Marine Corps (1956), and clippings of Joseph's time at Suffolk University (late 1950's)
