Summary
Ana Elisa lives in a barrio where death and poverty are part of everyday life. While going to medical school, Ana Elisa runs a clinic out of her house in the hopes of helping people in her underprivileged neighborhood. After Calvo, her ex-boyfriend, and leader of the local gang, tries and fails to win back Ana Elisa's affections, he is driven into a violent rampage of deadly consequences.
