Summary
These records came to the Library in large quantities of materials with no clear view of where they were created. The first four (legal size Hollinger) boxes contain contracts made between the City of Lawrence and various vendors from 1960 through 1970. Twenty-four 4x5x12" boxes contain bills filed by topic. The material was originally held in card catalog drawers and was either 9x4" or folded to fit. These records remain folded. The two letter size boxes contain scheduled departmental payments to the City Treasurer
